# Exporting gif troubles. help!

when i create an animation in flash and export as a gif i get varied results with different settings but can never get good quality. Ive tried all the settings but no luck. any suggestions?

notice the bitmap looking resolution, and that is the best i could come up with.  
please help me if you know of a way to export as gif’s with good quality.
