# Exporting Illustrator Files

Quick question for you vector freak… When you export a vector image from Illustrator to Photoshopl, do you have to rasterize the image? Doesnt that lose the “vector” and scalability of the image? Is there any way to avoid this all togother? Thanks all who help.
