Thats because its just text, sometimes its hard to click on the text links. I’ve had the same problem too so what I did was made a rectangle or square and turned it into a symbol. Next I made the alpha on the symbol to 0 so that it would be invisible and then I placed it over the text inside the movie clip. What that did was make the movieclip easier to click, there was a larger area for the mouse to detect the link. Hope I didn’t confuse you. =)
