# External swfs and video loop

I making a continues looping movie which contains/pulls into the main fla (1) external swf - plays and then goes to (2) external swf which loads an external jpg and then goes to (3) video and then plays the next module (5 in total).

All 3 items play back to back once prior is completed playing. Now, I have to include video. I was able to do wo/ video easily, but now w/ video (convert to flv format), what would be the best way to orangize this - thinking of a playlist type but not sure. Any good ideas and/or tutorials on this?
