# Externallly loaded swf has no sound

Hi can someone help.

I created the volume slider sound bar from Kirupa’s tutorial, and i want it to load in my flash site.

so i created a container swf with instance “blankhost” and loaded my sound swf into the host clip.

But although the swf appears, it doesn’t play any sound once i click it.

I’m really new to AS, so i have no idea what’s going.

Can someone help please?

i have an idea why its not working now, but i dont know how to fix the problem.

the sound.swf dynamically loads the file sound.mp3 file.

so if i externally load the sound.swf should that work, or would i have to also load the sound.mp3, even tho the sound.swf loads the sound?
