# Eyes following the cursor?

I’ve question to the more experienced and skilled people than me, out here:

I need this “eyes following the cursor” effect. It’s part of a game, I’m currently working on… Can anybody help maybe or give me an advice or so? Would be very nice, I really don’t get it alone…hehe
