# Fade in Fade out

Im trying to create something im sure is out there that i cant seem to crack down,  
I want to create a flash file that will let me throw in some jpgs and make it easy to trasnsition thru them. rotating banner that fades from 100-0 then loads in the next image 0-100. I dont get how to do alphas to a MC in actionscript any help?
