Hello,

whats it called when stuff in the foreground moves faster than stuff in the background?

I want to make an effect like this …  
[http://www.krazydad.com/bestiary/bestiary\_ostrich.html](http://www.krazydad.com/bestiary/bestiary_ostrich.html)

but want it to scroll left and right depending on cursor being on left or right of stage.

Any Ideas?
