Hi,  
im new to this forum, but have used the site as a learning tool through my design degree for some time, well… I am creating the Product Design Degree Shows website this year 🙂  
I have made a few flash sites in the past but i would like something extra special on this one, i have found a nice menu on the site linked below.  
i was wondering if anyone could help me with how to construct such a code which would give me this kinda effect??
