# Fast action in Flash?

I would like to know how to make a flash movie with high speed animations?  
I’ve seen flash sites where the animation just flow.  
It is my experience that the high speed movies (I make) kind of hop…or zap(?)  
Do you really need to make suchs kind of animations in another program?  
Hope you understand my question.
