Hello All! - Im struggling trying to create a feeback (basically a fancier email form) using flash & PHP. Ive got a simple contact form which Ive always used & it works fine - but Ive never had to add radio buttons? - I wonder if anyone could give me some pointers. Ive got about 24hrs to complete it…_grins_.

I need this info to be sent to the client through the form,

Country (they want a drop down list for this)

Ive got dreamweaver too, but rarely use it - would I be better trying to do it in that instead? Any good tutorials would be great, but they have to be pretty “blonde proof”…:D
