how do you find out that the files were ripped? also how do you get info like this so fast? thanks… i’m sure idiot like this will have to give up soon… ---

ahh why does ur footer say my name in it heheh kinda freaky 😃 just tell him that you can do a whois on his website and find out his name and address… .then you can press charges of copyright infringements. and im sure people on here can find something nice to do with his email address… :whistle: :whistle: :whistle: :deranged: :deranged: ---

He does slightly give credit to the files’ authors, but he does not have permission to post the content on his site without consent. ---

So how exactly do I send a cease and desist letter for all the files? Would I just say something to the effect “on behalf of all the users that have had their copyrights infringed upon?” Thanks to all that have replied so far 🙂 ---

Who runs ffiles? I think you should just referr to the content from ffiles, link to the infringed pages. ---

I would do what you mentioned but don’t really have a way of editing the content on their site site. Email it the email the admin used on his domain. Otherwise i would just email the host. ---
