# Finding .scroll value of text box

Is it possible to find out which line in a text box a certain character index is at? For example, I want to automatically change .scroll of my text frame each 5 seconds or so to the next paragraph. I know the first letter of my next pararaph is at index point 76. Is there a way to find out what scroll line that character is on?
