# First time trying to create preloader

Hello,

I have created a flash site already. Now i need to create a preloader for it.  
Can I, or do i create the preloader in another scene, and load the site(in another scene)?  
The examples I have seen puts the preloader at the beginning of the timeline of the actual site. Can I leave the timeline alone and put the preloader on another scene?
