# Fixing "Heat Wave" effect when using a tween to resize an image

I’m making a Flash slide show to embed on the home page of a client’s website, and I’ve noticed that when I put the image in motion via a tween, the movement is “wavy” the entire transition. One client said that it looked like the images were taken during a heat wave.

I imagine you probably know what I’m talking about, but if not I can post an example. I’ve tried increasing the frame rate, but there is no change. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks.
