# Fixing the Flash/Embed Issue -Validation?

Is the solution to the flash/embed issue posted on [kirupa.com](http://kirupa.com) homepage and the js file get us any closer to validating flash movies in an html document???

Now that were getting rid of the embed tag, will are flash movies validate on the wc3 validator page?

Im doing a project for school and it has to validate. Ive tried redirecting my flash page, to a page that validates and then to the validator site and that doesnt work; Any thoughts?

It should validate according to the documentation posted on the FlashObject site ([http://blog.deconcept.com/flashobject/](http://blog.deconcept.com/flashobject/)) 🙂

Using that Tutorial on the [kirupa.com](http://kirupa.com) homepage, finally got me to validate pages that containing flash!!! Any one interested if you want to see if your flash pages validate go to [http://validator.w3.org/](http://validator.w3.org/)

Oh and if you use the flash generator on kirupa index, close the div tag and get rid of the \<p\> tags

Oops - I forgot to close the div tag. I just fixed the file and updated the tutorial 😛

In the generated code, I cannot find any \<p\> tags.
