# .FLA and .SLF TOO BIG!

Does anyone know a few ways to decrease the size of your .swf file? for my site my  
.Fla file=250mb and my .swf file=42mb. That would take someone a while to download my site with slow internet connections. I cant even post my .FLA file on here because it is too big. If someone can help me out that would be great.
