# FLA and SWF graphics are not coordinating

Alright…Creating a flash game here, following along to the tutorial on RPG programming here at [kirupa.com](http://www.kirupa.com/developer/actionscript/rpgprogramming.htm)…The problem is that my graphics look awful in the published SWF.

I’m on page 4 of the tutorial, getting the character to walk when you press down on keyboard keys.

When the character walks, it looks…Well, bad. Yet, in the .FLA it looks great!

For example - the character in the SWF has no mouth, and where did that black stripe on top of his head come from??? ☹

I attached FLA and SWF files for you to dissect. The character sprites are saved as PNGs.
