# Flash 7 (AS 2) not working when converted to Flash 8 (AS 1&2)

ok i have just a simple

```auto
on(release){
       getURL("[www.mysite.com/forumsq=](http://www.mysite.com/forumsq=)" add search, "new");
}

```

with search being an input text field. It keeps telling me that " ‘,’ or ‘)’ expected. then gives me a second error that ‘}’ encountered enexpected
