# Flash 8 AS - Drawing letters

I hope someone can help me with this.

I am using Flash 8, and what I want to do is for a few letters (like “Heart”) to be drawn automatically, somewhat slowly, as if someone was drawing them with a pen when you are watching.

I am a beginner in AS, but as far as I have figured out from reading through tutorials on several sites, _lineTo_ can be used to draw a line, and _setInterval_ can be used to control the speed at which the line will be drawn. But I have no idea how to use them to get what I want.
