# Flash 8 AS2 dynamic text scroller with easing

Hi all

I’ve looked and looked until I’m blue in the face but I can’t find what I need! Can anyone let me know how to add easing to a text pane which loads dynamic text? Claudio’s text scroller is great ([http://www.kirupa.com/forum/showthread.php?t=27214](http://www.kirupa.com/forum/showthread.php?t=27214)), but the textbox doesn’t seem to resize dynamically after the text is loaded so if you have a lot of text half of it gets chopped. Kirupa’s scroller ([http://www.kirupa.com/developer/mx/dynamic\_scroller.htm](http://www.kirupa.com/developer/mx/dynamic_scroller.htm)) resizes the text box after the text loads, but doesn’t have easing on the scroll!

Sorry if I’m being a bit greedy :), but does anyone have an example that does both, or could provide some code for one of the two examples above that would fix this?

Would really appreciate some help.
