# Flash 8 Export To .mov Failure

Hello,

I’ve had problems exporting to QuickTime so I checked with the Adobe page: [http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=tn\_18889&sliceId=1](http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=tn_18889&sliceId=1)

I have moved the QuickTime Extension file (FLV.qtx) restarted Flash and still had problems. How do I reinstall the “Flash Video Encoder”?

PS. I am using Flash 8 Pro
