# Flash 8 problem

hey all… im kinda in a bit of trouble. I recently stumbled accross a tutorial on how to make a chat system using flash and a php socket. I was able to make most of it work including the sockets and make the system connect. but whenever i try to write a message it doesn’t appear in the message box like how its meant to.

Like i said earlier im not sure why its not working and whether or not the problem lies in the flash or the php code. could some one plz give me a hand with this. thanks for any help given 🙂
