# Flash and ASp.net help

Hello,

I have an aspx page with a flash swf in it.I am passing a variable from flash to the aspx page and then running the page with the help of getURL.

But this leads to a new browser window being opened.(The use of “\_self,\_parent”,etc is also not suitable).

Is it possible to call that aspx page from flash so that a variable can be passed to it and then that page can be run, without having the page displayed in a new browser window .Also I am passing the values from the called page to the first page which has the flash in it.

Any help given is appreciated,
