I seem to be having issues with flash elements with different web browsers. Is this common or am I just being dumb?

Here is a link to the main problem. It works for some people and not for others. I know that it doesn’t play all that well the first time through but the site owner really wanted to use it without people having to instal the proshow player.

Any ideas on how I should fix this??? Any suggestions are extremely welcome! thanks in advance!

The rest of the flash on the site seems to work ok, now. I had a number of issues with the opening slideshow but I haven’t heard of any issues lately.
