# Flash and Motion

Hello,  
I was wondering if there is a way to create my flash intro in Apple Motion, and export it in a format similar to a swf file. I know that there is a way to use after effects with Flash but wasn’t sure about Motion.  
I would appreciate any help or suggestions.
