# Flash and website welp please

I want to put a little flash movie I made(its called demo) of a ball bouncing around on my website and ask visitors if they can see the ball, but when I uploaded my little video to the file manager on geocities and tried to put it on my website, I cant actually put it on the pagebuilder, and when i click the file in the file manager, it asks if I want to download demo.fla (the name of my file). how do i get flash onto a website???
