# Flash and XML decoding problem

hi,  
I made a tag cloudin flash that displayed by HTML. the word sourse is in xml file.  
when i combine hebrew text, it does not display the hebrew words.  
I traied to change the decouding in the html and tje xml file without success.

I will need some help with this issue.
