# Flash animated flowing fibers, ribbons

Can anyone help with this effect. I am looking for the flowing ribbons. Is it masked? I have tried to just use a shape tween but alas i have no way of making it continuous. Is the a class for this; papervision ect. Anyone know of a tut or a place to start?
