# Flash background effect moves with cursor moves...help?

Hey All,

I know that this may be posted elsewhere, but I don’t know how you would describe it…

Anyway what I have in mind is something like… [http://www.nellyfurtado.com](http://www.nellyfurtado.com) where different layers in the background shift when a cursor moves accross the screen…

any help or links or anything would be helpful, thanks!
