# Flash-banner help needed

I stumbled over this site:

and I found that small top-animation-banner-thing rather snazzy!  
But I can’t seem to find any logic in how to make it.

Does anyone have any ideas, or even better… a tutorial on how to make something similar (who wants to be a copycat anyway?)
