Bonjour from France,

I was wondering how to realize a banner like this site:

> **[Sound Performance | Vinyl, CD and DVD manufacturing | London](https://www.soundperformance.co.uk/)**
>
> Sound Performance are a UK leading manufacturer for vinyl, CD, DVD and Box-Sets. Servicing the music industry's manufacturing needs since 1994.

Which software may I use to achieve such effects? (swift3D, swish,…).

Your help would be welcome.
