# Flash CS3 crash

I open Flash CS3 and everything is fine.  
Then when I click on another window such as IE Explorer or Windows Explorer Flash crashes and I get the following message: Adobe Flash CS3 has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.  
My system is an Inter Quad Core, 4GB of RAM, XP SP3.  
Thank you for any ideas.

Make sure that your computer is up-to-date with the latest patches and updates from Microsoft, etc including your adobe software. If the error box includes an Error code # copy the number down and do a google search. 99.9% you’ll find solutions
