Our upscale client based in the Greater Boston Area is seeking a talented Flash Designer to start work on a short term project. You have a few years experience in a design studio or agency (or you can prove to us you are an incredible designer and have the mind & skills to match the attitude). You’re fun and easy-going but driven and willing to go the extra mile on a job. You’ve got a great visual sense and you can animate in Flash, too. Those are the must-haves. Call yourself a web designer, an interactive designer, a UI designer. Just know how to design for interaction and usability more than for print.

**Responsibilities:** [/FONT]

[_][FONT=times new roman]Work directly with supervisors, designers, and developers in the support and creation of interactive web banners

[_][FONT=times new roman]Experienced in reading, understanding, and translating instructionally designed storyboards and conceptual ideas into interactive multimedia using computer graphics, illustrations, and motion graphics

[_][FONT=times new roman]Understand and conceptualize with motion as a creative tool executing visually beautiful work

[_][FONT=times new roman]Solid Flash skills a must[/FONT]  
[_][FONT=times new roman]Brilliant eye for design, must showcase animated banners in portfolio![/FONT]  
[_][FONT=times new roman]Timeline animation as well as as2 & as3[/FONT]  
[_][FONT=times new roman]Strong conceptual design skills, including user interface design; strong web UI design skills[/FONT]  
[_][FONT=times new roman]Photoshop and Illustrator[/FONT]  
[_][FONT=times new roman]HTML, CSS, experience with rich media and Pointroll API a plus[/FONT]
