# Flash detect help

in the kirupa tutorial, i found -

as a flash detector, but where do you put that to to work?? i pasted it in word processor than saved it as a .html and uploaded it onto my geocities , but when I click it in geocities, it jus shows the normal writing.:h: :h: HELPP
