I saw this web site few days back. Here is the link.

When you load the page wait and see that menues at the very beginning shows metalic light sweeps by time to time.
Also in this page a similar effect is done. Link: [http://www.neteffects1.net/ne1flash/index.html](http://www.neteffects1.net/ne1flash/index.html). In the main page you would see all lights running around.
I hope I was able to explain what I am talking about. Can someone tell me how it is done or perhaps a tutorail would be nice.

I have tried it before with mask and tween. but couldn’t get it to work. I am beginner in flash. Is there a tutorial I can look at?

It’s done in a 3D package and exported as .jpg’s
They did this a while back with video that had be expoted as .jpg’s too. It’s a good effect but a huge file size.
