# Flash export to video

Hi,  
I have to export my animation to a video file type such as .AVI or .WMV to put in on a DVD. Using the export function in Flash delivers a kind of blurry videofile with too much noise.  
Is there perhaps another way (or another program) to convert .FLA (or .SWF) to video? Install better codecs, maybe?  
Need help, thanks.
