Primary Roles:  
\*\*Develop Flash applications with Actionscript 2.0 and 3.0  
Develop Flex applications with Actionscript 3.0  
Produce and Program user interface components  
Produce Flash library skins from vector and bitmap assets  
\*\*Required Skills:  
\*\*3+ years in Actionscript 2.0 Application or Game programming  
1+ years in Actionscript 3.0 Application or Game programming  
3+ years in practicing OOP methodologies  
2+ years working with agile process and design patterns  
MVC / State machine  
Familiarity with source control in a development environment  
Familiarity with issue tracking systems and detailed code commenting  
\*\*Important Skills:  
\*\*Programmatic animation skills  
Excellent understanding of Flash symbol usage as applied to applications  
Excellent understanding of the ‘mechanics’ of Flash  
\*\*Bonus Skills and Experience:  
\*\*Vector and bitmap production experience in Illustrator and Photoshop  
Any of (X,D)HTML / CSS / Javascript / ruby / perl / python / .Net / PHP / AMF / FMS  
Experience developing large scale, multi developer Flash applications  
Project management skills
