Hello all,

I have an avi video file which is of 178mb

Now I need to make an flv out of that.
Currently I am using Sorenson Squeeze(ver4.0) to make the same.

Can anyone tell me which options in ‘Sorenson’ will give me a better quality .flv output.

Thomas
