hey there, I am looking for advanced/ complex flash /php form to build or if you have it I can try ( if I can efford :D) even buy one. Anyway you know how email form has like 3 fields to fill out: name, email; comments so I need like 20-30 fields form, something like: Name Last Name, Middle Initials, Address, state, zip code, homephone, work phone, company name etc etc etc . Anyone

or at least can anyone pint point a tutorial for me.
