# Flash/frames

[COLOR=black][FONT=Verdana]I have been building a lot of sites recently with a flash navigation located in a top frame that loads html/css content into a bottom frame. This allows me to avoid loading the swf with variables every time the main nav is clicked.[/FONT][/COLOR]

[COLOR=black][FONT=Verdana]I know frames still have a negative onnotation associated with them. I was wondering if this development practice is wrong and why.[/FONT][/COLOR]
