An innovative NYC animation production company seeks an in-house or freelance Flash game developer. Developer must have previous experience making physics-based games under tight deadlines.

Requirements:

- Expert knowledge of Flash and ActionScript 1.0 / 2.0
- Object-oriented programming
- Experience making physics-based games
- Work well under tight deadlines.
- Ideal candidate would have at least 3 years of programming  
experience
- Knowledge and understanding of web games industry
- Self motivated, good problem solver.
- Experience working in an animation production environment  
a plus.
