# Flash header animation

Hey.  
I would like someone to make something like

Must combine both, and it must be then converted to swf (true vector)

then that vector converted into swf and then implemented with someone simple animation and on the banner I would like buttons in this format [http://images.q4music.com/content/qonline/common/navbar.swf](http://images.q4music.com/content/qonline/common/navbar.swf)  
but making sure its like the layout, full weblayout so i can post daily celebrity news and gossip, so far i tried this
