For the renovation of our homepage we are seeking for a senior Flash specialist to create a flash banner of about 700x130 px. The main goal of this banner is to give the website a professional look and to make clear what the website is about. This banner will become an important part of the homepage.  
It concerns an [online forms management system](http://www.formdesk.com), a website to create and manage web forms online.  
We hope to find a creative senior flash specialist who can create a unique and effective design for our banner.
