# Flash in CS4-speedometer

I am new to flash. I have read Karupa’s tutorial for flash in CS4-very helpful, but only to move the actual image. I would like to create a speedometer with a moving needle. I do not know how to start this. Note: I have little to no experience with CS4.☹
