# Flash - is there a standard stage size?

hi guys,

just starting a new project and was wondering if anyone knows of there being an industry standard size for flash websites?

also does anyone know any good ways to get flash movies centered in browsers? so that no matter what screen res the users are using, the flash movie will always be in the middle of the screen?
