# Flash.media.Video & Closed Captioning

Hey everyone,

I have a legacy piece of code I need to edit. It’s an old video player using the flash.media.video class. They want to add Closed Captioning. Does anyone know if this can be done easily? I can’t find much on it because the FLVPlayback class has a much better option. But, I did see a very cryptic response somewhere about adding listeners on the netStream…?

If anyone has any leads, I would really appreciate it.

Oh yeah. It’s written in AS2, not AS3. It’s a large app so I don’t want to yank the guts out of it and replace it with the FLVPlayback if I don’t have to.
