# Flash Menu + HTML Content

This thing has been keeping me puzzled since day one…can anyone please tell me how to do a flash menu like [Ultrashock.com, [URL=http://www.flashlevel.net]Flashlevel.net & [URL=http://www.2advanced.net]2advanced.net](http://www.ultrashock.com), whereby when you click a button on the top flash menu, it calls a HTML page without refreshing the flash menu itself?
