# Flash mods?

I am not quite sure where to post this, but is it possible to make IN PROGRAM mods for flash 2004?  
what I was wondering is if it is possible to make a joint system, like connecting symbols for a bone effect. so you dont have to deal with gaps between the hand and the arm.
