# Flash movie \> Quicktime \> mp4 problem

I’ve got a Flash movie with dynamic graphics controlled by Actionscript that I’ve exported successfully as a Quicktime movie - I’m using the ‘animation’ setting, so the .mov format recognises the Actionscript and the movie plays correctly. However, when I try to export the Quicktime movie as an MP4, the Actionscript seems to be completely ignored and the movie plays none of the dynamic qualities at all.

I would have thought that once a Flash movie is exported as a QT file, the aspects controlled by the Actionscript are effectively embedded. How, then, does the resultant MP4 lose them? And can anyone suggest a solution?
